• First time orders must be paid in full at time of shipping
• Terms Net 30 with 1.5% monthly interest on balence due after credit is established

• Any account which is delinquent over 30 days will automatically be put on first order terms

SHIPPING:
• Charges are based on size and weight of the item.
• You will be notified of the cost.
• Your purchase will be professionally packed and fully insured for a safe delivery.
• Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 6 to 8 weeks from the order date.
RETURN PRIVILEGES:
• We believe that our customer should have the right to return a purchase that does not meet their expectations.
• If a customer wishes to return a purchase for in store credit , you must contact us by phone within (3) days of receipt of the merchandise 802•533•2240
• All returns must be insured for full value.
• Their is a 10% restocking fee

ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damage,
call us immediately at (802) 533-7129 A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
